  • Plan how to strategise with Japanese and overseas colleagues about real topics related to production, sales, marketing, logistics or IT in your business.

  • Clarify your goals and vision, then use strategic planning models.

  • Set up breakout groups to brainstorm action plans.

  • Report back on ideas and agree action steps and responsibilities

Webinar 2: Following up on your global strategy meeting

  • Report back and get advice on your actual meeting with global colleagues

  • Consider real case, or J-Global's case to identify and fix various intercultural issues in discussion and follow up as a global team.

  • Plan effective steps to roll-out your agreed strategy, monitor and support it as a team.
