Webinar 1: Use multiple creative thinking tools

  • Learn and practice seven different techniques to get creative solutions to our key issues. Teams compete for points.

  • Example methods: 1. Resources: What if we had unlimited money and resources? 2. Time travel: What if we could start over again from scratch? 3. Opposites: What if we "play devils advocate", and take the opposite approach? 4. Combining unconnected elements... 5. Edward De Bono's Six Thinking Hats, 6. Empathy mapping: (different stakeholder views) 7. Reframing Matrix (looking from different functional departments)... etc..

Webinar 2: Innovation Case Study

  • Discuss a global business case which requires an innovative approach. Use creative tools to brainstorm some new approaches.

  • Do a SWOT analysis: including turning weaknesses into strengths / turning threats into opportunities.

  • Teams compete to provide the most innovate solution ideas
